New Service: 3D Renderings
We are back again with another new service announcement- we are now offering 3D renderings for both exterior and interior designs!
We love using 3D renderings as part of our design meetings- they can really help clients that have a tougher time visualizing the end result. We find this to be the case especially for remodels! These renderings help our material selections and 2D elevations come to life- making it easy (for both you and the builder) to see how things will come together.
Working on a commercial project? 3D renderings can be really helpful in a variety of ways- from advertising and pre-sale materials to loan proposals!
We are now able to provide 3D renderings through our collaboration with a trusted draftsman.
HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
We dream it up! We go through our typical material selections and design process, then draw a 2D elevation that will communicate to the draftsman how we see everything playing out.
Let’s review. At our presentation meeting we take a look at physical material samples and the elevations to make sure we are headed in the right direction. We like to do this step first to reduce the amount of revisions at the draftsman level.
Draw it up! We hand the material selections and elevations over to the draftsman we partner with to create the renderings.
Sneak peak! Once we have the renderings back we like to set up a second meeting to review and get your feedback. Love it? We can begin to put our plan into action! If you would like to see something adjusted, we can certainly go back to the draftsman to do so.
