Current Project Updates
We have been hard at work getting several projects to the finish line. The closer a project gets to completion, the more hands-on we need to be. Every day is filled with texts, calls and emails about specific subcontractor details and urgent issues that come up. Not only are we wrapping up construction, but we are hard at work finalizing furniture and accessories and planning an install. It’s exciting times around here- we are getting our people into their dream homes, closer and closer by the day!
“Everyday Elegance” Project
This project has been so fun to put together- we have loved mixing more elevated elements with cozy, family-friendly details. This home will be one you walk into and instantly feel welcome!
This living room is so grand with its high ceilings, wall of windows and the prettiest chandelier.
We are obsessed with how the arched doorways and curved detail on the oven wall came out- this is one of the first design details we came up with and it’s even better in person!
We are so pleased that the client trusted us to add some depth and moody color into their primary bedroom space. We took it a step further and added texture with a black tile fireplace and the most amazing wooden bead chandelier.
The primary bathroom tile is really showing off, but that primary closet, with its wallpapered ceiling, unique pendant and custom island with waterfall granite countertop is beyond dreamy!
The builder really nailed it with the beam details in this dining room- it creates the most intimate and inviting space for families and friends to gather.

“MODERN MOUNTAIN” PROJECT
This family lake house renovation has been in the works for several years now, and we are in the final stretch! We are so thrilled for this family to share weekends here with their children and grandchildren.
The exterior of this home is quite stunning- updated with a slate roof, custom metal and glass front door, stone siding, and reclaimed wood beams.

“Fresh Take on Traditional” Project
We love to take on the challenge of putting a new spin on a more traditional style! We wanted to add a “fresh take” to the traditional style- something new and unique that didn’t go too modern.
This wood clad barrel ceiling and the stone accents make for a really special entry.
The original floor plan had a tray ceiling but we vaulted the ceiling and added beams to take this room up a notch. We are excited to add the furniture and lighting we have planned for this space.
The beams have been set in the entry- the same ceiling detail will run through this dining room for a warm and inviting space.
Tile installation is in progress and we always love to pop in to see this stage!
Bathrooms can feel cold with all the tile, so we thought adding luxury vinyl plank to the vanity wall would be a great way to add warmth in a unique way but still true to the more traditional style the client prefers- we are loving it so far!

“Across the Creek” Project
This project just recently wrapped up construction and we are so excited to go take some final pictures for you to enjoy. This family had amazing taste and trusted us to fill their home with special details and take a few risks. We are so proud of how it turned out and happy for their family to do life here!
Our client found the inspiration for this ceiling detail and we ran with it! We will save the fireplace saga for another day, but with some perseverance on everyone’s parts we got there!
If you search for “Dream Kitchen,” this is what comes up! There is so much to love- the slim shaker cabinet fronts, waterfall countertops, stunning lighting, crazy amounts of storage… We are so pleased with how this space turned out!
Why settle for one giant pendant when you can have three! The dark walls and ceiling of this dining room are balanced with metallic shine and large windows to bring lots of natural light. So lovely!
Again- Google “dream bathroom” and here you go! Every single detail of this primary bathroom is beyond stunning!
We love when a client lets us have a bit more fun and adventure with tile- the end result is so worth it!
