My goal was to add warmth to the modern architecture of this home through the use of organic materials and a creamy color palette.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This project is located in a new subdivision in Ozark, MO called Southernview Estates. This is the same subdivision as the Hart Project that we just finished up. My goal was to add warmth to the modern architecture of this home through the use of organic materials and a creamy color palette. Incorporating organic textures such as grout washed stone accent walls helps to add character to a new home. A soft white and cream color palette with gold metal accents offsets the use of minimalistic concrete floors throughout the home.
